The Jewish Education Project

We were honoured to be a recipient of The Jewish Education Project – Young Pioneers Award, 2013 for “redefining how Judaism is taught, learned, and lived for children, teens and families today.” – See more at: Young pioneers Award.

Leveraging the success and 100 year legacy of the Board of Jewish Education New York-SAJES, The Jewish Education Project (JEP) pioneers new approaches in Jewish education for every age. Through recognize that as society changes, the way we educate must adapt right along with it. JEP believes that every Jewish family should have a path to affordable, accessible, and inspiring Jewish education for their children. This is done by connecting forward-thinking educators to powerful ideas and resources so we can create new models that change how, what, and where people learn. Together with their partners, they are transforming Jewish education for today’s ever-changing world and helping to shape the future of the Jewish people.

Friendship Circle International

We work with Friendship Circles throughout the Tristate area, on a regular basis. This a cause which we care deeply about and we are dedicated to make a significant contribution and impact on the lives of special needs individuals.

The Friendship Circle was founded on the idea that within each person is a soul, regardless of any limitations that may surround it, regardless of whatever natural gifts we may have or lack, regardless of what obstacles and challenges we may confront, our souls are sacred and worthy of boundless love. The Friendship Circle is today’s fastest growing Jewish organization for children with special needs. With over 79 locations worldwide the Friendship Circle has cultivated friendships between 5,000 special children and close to 11,000 teen volunteers. The Friendship Circle’s unique approach brings together teenage volunteers and children with special needs for hours of fun and friendship. These shared experiences empower the children, our special friends, while enriching the lives of everyone involved.
