Shabbat – Ages 3-8
A musical story about shabbat – which uses the story line to highlight some of the major themes of shabbat. Throughout the story, singalong songs of shabbat are used to highlight these ideas and to promote student participation and group involvement.
The story touches on the parsha of the week and shares ideas about the holiness of shabbat, our weekly day of rest from creative work, a special opportunity to spend time with family, for songs, festivities and prayer.
